개인정보처리방침
비카비(Beecabi)(이하 “앱”)은 JinoSoft(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 반려동물 기록 관리 애플리케이션입니다. 개발자는 사용자의 개인정보 보호를 중요하게 생각하며, 본 개인정보처리방침을 통해 앱 이용 시 개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항을 안내합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
본 앱은 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 사용자의 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 등 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
다만, 사용자가 앱을 이용하면서 직접 입력하거나 선택하는 정보는 사용자의 기기 내부에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 반려동물 정보: 이름, 종, 품종, 생년월일, 몸무게 등
- 기록 정보: 급여, 관리, 배변, 산책, 병원, 약복용, 체중, 구매, 추억, 메모 등
- 알림 정보: 사용자가 설정한 알림 제목, 내용, 예정일 및 예정 시간
- 사진 정보: 추억 기록에 첨부한 사진 파일 및 사진 메타데이터
- 사진 위치 정보: 선택한 사진에 EXIF 위치 태그가 포함된 경우, 사진별 위도/경도 및 위치 출처
위 정보는 사용자가 관리하는 반려동물 기록 데이터입니다. 개발자는 해당 데이터를 별도로 수집하거나 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 저장 및 처리 방법
- 사용자가 입력한 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
- 개발자는 해당 데이터를 별도의 서버로 전송하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
- 추억 기록에 첨부한 사진은 앱 내부 저장소에 최적화된 이미지 파일로 저장됩니다.
- 사진에 위치 정보(EXIF 위치 태그)가 포함되어 있고 사용자가 해당 사진을 추가하는 경우, 앱은 사진의 위도/경도 및 위치 출처를 기기 내부 DB에 저장할 수 있습니다.
- 네 발자국 지도는 앱에 포함된 오프라인 지도 데이터를 사용하며, 지도 표시를 위해 사진 위치 정보를 외부 지도 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 백업 내보내기 기능을 이용할 경우, 반려동물 정보, 기록, 사진 메타데이터, 알림 정보 및 첨부 사진 파일이 사용자가 선택한 ZIP 파일에 저장됩니다.
- 백업 가져오기 기능을 이용할 경우, 사용자가 선택한 백업 파일로부터 데이터를 읽어와 기기 내부에 복원합니다.
- CSV/PDF 내보내기 또는 사진 저장 기능을 이용할 경우, 사용자가 선택한 위치 또는 기기 사진첩에 파일이 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자의 기기에서 Android 시스템 백업 또는 기기 이전 기능이 활성화된 경우, 앱 내부 데이터가 사용자의 Google 계정 또는 기기 이전 기능을 통해 백업/복원될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 해당 시스템 백업 데이터에 접근하거나 이를 관리하지 않습니다.
3. 개인정보의 이용 목적
사용자가 입력한 데이터는 다음 목적에 한해 이용됩니다.
- 반려동물 기록 관리 기능 제공
- 기록 목록, 검색, 통계, 요약, 차트 등 앱 내 기능 제공
- 사진첩, 사진뷰어, 추억 사진 썸네일 표시 기능 제공
- 사진 위치 기반 네 발자국 지도 기능 제공
- 사용자가 설정한 예정일에 Android 알림 표시
- CSV, PDF, 백업 파일 내보내기 및 가져오기 기능 제공
4. 앱 권한 사용
- 알림 권한: 사용자가 알림을 허용한 경우, 설정한 일정에 알림을 표시하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 미디어 위치 권한: Android 버전에 따라, 사용자가 선택한 사진의 EXIF 위치 정보를 읽기 위해 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 사진/미디어 접근: 사용자가 선택한 사진을 추억 기록에 첨부하거나 사진 저장 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용될 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 사용자의 실시간 위치를 추적하지 않으며, 백그라운드 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 사진 위치 정보는 사용자가 선택한 사진에 포함된 EXIF 위치 태그가 있는 경우에만 처리됩니다.
알림 내용은 사용자의 기기 알림 설정에 따라 잠금화면에 표시될 수 있습니다. 잠금화면 표시 여부는 Android 알림 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
- 개발자는 사용자의 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
- 개인정보 처리와 관련하여 외부에 위탁하는 업무는 없습니다.
6. 인앱 결제에 관한 사항
본 앱은 “개발자 응원하기” 목적의 인앱 결제 기능을 제공합니다.
- 인앱 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다.
- Google은 결제 처리 과정에서 자체 정책에 따라 결제 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 개발자는 결제 수단 정보(카드 정보 등)를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
7. 보관 및 삭제
- 앱 내부 데이터는 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때 기기에서 삭제될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 별도로 저장한 CSV, PDF, 사진, ZIP 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 관리하고 삭제해야 합니다.
- Android 시스템 백업 또는 기기 이전으로 생성된 백업 데이터는 사용자의 기기 및 Google 계정 설정에 따라 관리됩니다.
- 기기 변경, 초기화 또는 앱 삭제 시 데이터가 복구되지 않을 수 있으므로 중요한 데이터는 백업하시기 바랍니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보 보호
본 앱은 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 사용자의 이름, 연락처 등 개인정보를 입력하거나 수집하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
사용자가 입력할 수 있는 정보는 반려동물에 관한 정보로 한정되며, 해당 정보는 모두 사용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
9. 개인정보처리방침 변경
앱 기능 변경 또는 관련 법령에 따라 본 개인정보처리방침이 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 본 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy
Beecabi (the “App”) is a pet record management application provided by JinoSoft (the “Developer”). The Developer values your privacy and explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information Processed
The App can be used without creating an account. The Developer does not collect personal information such as name, phone number, or email address.
The App may process information that users voluntarily enter or select on their device, including:
- Pet information: name, species, breed, date of birth, weight, etc.
- Record data: feeding, care, potty, walk, hospital, medication, weight, purchase, memory, memo, etc.
- Reminder data: reminder title, message, scheduled date, and scheduled time
- Photo data: photos attached to memory records and related photo metadata
- Photo location data: latitude, longitude, and location source if a selected photo contains an EXIF location tag
This information is pet record data managed by the user. The Developer does not separately collect this data or transmit it to developer-operated servers.
2. Storage and Processing of Information
- Data entered in the App is stored locally on the user's device.
- The Developer does not transmit or store this data on separate servers.
- Photos attached to memory records are saved as optimized image files in the app internal storage.
- If a selected photo contains location information (EXIF location tag), the App may store the photo latitude, longitude, and location source in the local database.
- The Pawprints map uses offline map data bundled with the App and does not send photo location data to external map servers for map display.
- When exporting a backup, pet data, records, photo metadata, reminder data, and attached photo files are saved to a ZIP file selected by the user.
- When importing a backup, the App reads data from a user-selected backup file and restores it locally.
- When using CSV/PDF export or photo save features, files may be saved to a location selected by the user or to the device photo gallery.
- If Android system backup or device transfer is enabled on the user's device, app data may be backed up or restored through the user's Google account or device transfer feature. The Developer does not access or manage that system backup data.
3. Purpose of Use
- Providing pet record management features
- Displaying record lists, search results, statistics, summaries, and charts within the App
- Providing photo album, photo viewer, and memory photo thumbnail features
- Providing the photo-location-based Pawprints map feature
- Showing Android notifications at the scheduled time set by the user
- Providing CSV, PDF, backup export, and backup import features
4. App Permissions
- Notification permission: used to show reminders at the scheduled time when the user grants permission.
- Media location permission: depending on the Android version, the App may request this permission to read EXIF location information from photos selected by the user.
- Photo/media access: may be used when the user selects photos for memory records or saves photos from the App.
The App does not track real-time location or collect background location data. Photo location data is processed only when a photo selected by the user contains an EXIF location tag.
Notification content may appear on the lock screen depending on the user's device notification settings. Lock screen visibility can be changed in Android notification settings.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
- The Developer does not share user data with third parties.
- No personal data processing is outsourced.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases for voluntary developer support.
- All payments are processed through the Google Play billing system.
- Google may process payment-related information according to its own policies during payment processing.
- The Developer does not collect or store any payment or billing information.
7. Retention and Deletion
- App data may be deleted from the device when the user deletes it in the App or uninstalls the App.
- CSV, PDF, photo, and ZIP backup files saved separately by the user must be managed and deleted by the user.
- Backup data created by Android system backup or device transfer is managed according to the user's device and Google account settings.
- Data may not be recoverable after device changes, resets, or app uninstallation. Users should back up important data.
8. Children's Privacy
The App can be used without creating an account and does not provide any features that allow users to enter or submit personal information such as names or contact details.
The only information that can be entered in the App relates to pets, and all such data is stored locally on the user’s device.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to app feature changes or applicable legal requirements. When updated, the last updated date on this page will be changed.
